ABOUT US

IT ALL STARTED IN THE KITCHEN...

Mary's first thought when arriving in Calgary in the winter of 1989 was how to find the nearest market. Her new home was slightly colder than Uganda and the best remedy to warm her and her family up could only be found in a bowl  of her signature beef stew.

This recipe was passed down through generations of her family, along with many other delicious foods that she has had the pleasure of sharing with family and friends.

We look forward to bringing traditional East African delicacies to your dinner table to keep your family warm and full.
